A four goal effort from Tarheels Mike Davies was not enough to take down DFB in the Hoolie Hockey Cup final. Cory Foster made some key saves to save the win for the most improved team in the Super League. Jake Brown scored 3 goals for the winners with Brad Parrish netting 2. Also scoring for the winners were Mac Clutsum, Matthew Timms, Justin Scott and Jarod Marino. Alex Brooks-Potts was solid in net for the Tar Heels.
